Arzoo have a comprehensive weaving setup comprising (200) Sulzer Projectile looms, (60) Sulzer Airjet looms and (300) Auto looms.   Arzoo have all kinds of bleaching machines known for qualitative bleaching of woven fabrics which include 2 open with bleaching plants, 2 huge 3 stage J boxes and 4 traditional Kairs bleaching systems. Arzoo has acquired expertise in the processing and finishing of flannel fabrics and made ups with 20 raising/brushing machines from Germany.   Arzoo has made itself very flexible in printing by having machines which are versatile as regard to the number of colours, printing widths and different specialisations of world renowned manufacturing houses of Stork and Zimmer. Our 6 printing machines are capable of printing fabric up to 320cm wide in 20 colours.   The Dyeing department has a Babcock thermosole dyeing machine of 120" and a Manforts 72" thermosole dyeing machine, along with conventional Jets and Jiggers. To ensure consistent dyeing we have Mercerizing.   A fleet of 13 machines are available to take care of the heat setting and finishing process of printed, dyed and bleached fabrics. We also have 4 huge steam agers for fixation of pigments and reactive colours.   Arzoo can easily be distinguished with regard to stitching capability with a comprehensive setup of almost 600 machines of various kinds, which has support of switch track systems.   Arzoo has a single needle and multi needle Quilting machine to make Filled Comforters, Quilts and Bed Spreads.
